Fund a district.
What that means.
A district engagement runs in the tens of thousands. One commitment can carry a district all the way through, or halve the cost for two districts that can meet the Foundation at the halfway line. Every dollar goes to the independent firms doing the work.
A district doesn't have to prove hardship to get help. It has to be honest about the number.
The district funds half. The Foundation funds the rest.
A thirty-thousand-dollar engagement lands on the district's books at fifteen.
Qualifying is light on purpose. Tell us the budget picture and what makes the full number hard. We're not asking a superintendent to open the district's books over a match this size.
When a district can't reach half, the Foundation can go further.
Past the halfway line there's a written application, and the board looks at how the district is spending.
That's not suspicion, it's arithmetic. Money raised for districts that can't pay has to reach districts that can't pay.
A grant buys the same work a well-funded district buys, from the same people, at the same standard. Every dollar goes to the independent firms doing it.
What a commitment actually does.
District engagements run in the tens of thousands. One commitment can carry a district all the way through, or halve the cost for two. It buys the same work a well-funded district buys, from the same people, at the same standard.
There's no overhead cut on the way through. What the Foundation raises goes to engagements and to the firms that deliver them.
Underwrite one engagement, start to finish.
You'll get the scope going in and what changed coming out. The district decides whether it's named.
$15,000 – $45,000 depending on district size, EdTech footprint, and existing security posture.
Working to a deadline this year?
We can take a commitment now against work scheduled once the Foundation is operating. You get the deduction on your timeline; districts get the audit on theirs.
Foundations closing out a program, DAFs approaching year-end, individuals in a large-gift year.
Concentrate giving in the state or metro you already fund.
We'll place the work in districts you name, or in a region you designate, and report back on which districts received support.
Regional community foundations, place-based funders, family foundations with a local focus.
Start the conversation.
Every dollar goes to the independent firms doing the work.
See exactly what your gift protects, and how a grant reaches the district that needs it. We'll walk you through where the money lands — and what changes for students when it does.
