RSA 189:66RSA 189:66 — NIST Cybersecurity Framework Mandate for K-12 Districts
Requires New Hampshire school districts to meet a subset of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework for protecting student and staff data. Districts must implement policy and technical controls aligned to NIST CSF categories including access control, security training, and incident response.
