Prohibits sale of personal data when a business has actual knowledge a consumer is under 16. Restricts sale of precise geolocation data collected within a 1,750-foot radius of the consumer's location — no consent can override this ban. Enhanced sensitivity protections for all minors' data categories. Effective January 1, 2026.
