Prohibits school administrators and evaluators from using AI to assign a numerical score or qualitative rating on any component of a teacher evaluation; teachers likewise barred from using AI to generate their own portion (AI permitted for administrative support). Passed Senate 55-0 (4/16/26), House 113-0 (5/27/26). No penalty or enforcement mechanism identified — do not assert one; statutory AI definition to be cleared by Jessica Maddry (determines whether rubric-scoring/analytics software is captured). District impact: vendor inventory of evaluation platforms, HR systems, and observation tools with AI scoring or summarization features before the Jan 1, 2027 cycle.
