Loop + Ledger About
About Loop + Ledger

We've been in these rooms.
We know how the calls get made.

Decades inside K-12 education. Making the calls, managing the vendors, and living with the outcomes. That's the experience we bring to every engagement.

Why we exist
Smart choices. Safer schools.

K-12 technology decisions carry real consequences for students, staff, and the communities schools serve. Loop + Ledger exists to make those decisions clearer, more defensible, and built on independent evidence. Not vendor promises. Not market momentum. The right fit for your district, evaluated on your terms.

How we got here
Built from the inside out.

Loop + Ledger was founded after years of watching the same problems repeat themselves on both sides of the K-12 technology market: districts making high-stakes decisions without independent information, and vendors investing in the wrong entry points and wondering why deals stalled.

Education first. Every time. It's the only market we work in.

The work is built on three decades of combined experience inside school districts, EdTech organizations, and the intersection of both. And on a promise about the relationships we won't have. No commissions. No vendor arrangements that cloud the advice. No agenda beyond the outcomes we committed to.

Who does the work
Two lenses. One mission.
Two founders. One operational lens. One compliance lens. Every engagement gets both.

Operations Analytics Partnerships
More than a decade in EdTech as both an operator and a marketer, with a working background in project management, user-experience design, and customer relationships. Her work with schools and EdTech companies is where L+L's operational lens comes from. It's the version that asks whether a decision will actually hold, from discovery through rollout.

Research Compliance Security
Twenty years in K-12, a certified Ethical Emerging Technologist, and the compliance and security lead at L+L. She's designed programs that changed how districts run. She brings the version of the work that asks what's defensible, what's exposed, and what the record has to say if anyone comes asking.
How we work
The three lines we don't negotiate on.
Free of affiliate bias
We take no affiliate or referral fees, and no vendor pays us. It's a structural choice, not a marketing line. When we point you to a tool or service, it's because we believe in it.
People before tools
Technology decisions in K-12 aren't just operational. They affect students, staff, and communities. Every engagement is designed with people at the centre. The tool serves the mission, not the other way around.
Accountability over ambiguity
Every engagement has specific deliverables and agreed outcomes. You know what we committed. You know what we delivered. If we didn't hit the mark, we say so. And we fix it.
Book a call
Let's talk about what your district needs.
We'll ask what you're running, what's working, and where you're stuck. You'll leave knowing what we'd do next, and whether it's worth doing with us.
See clearly.
Act strategically.
Protect what matters.
